Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our 7-Day Happiness Promise
Build it, drive it, and if your child isn’t delighted within 7 days of delivery, simply email support@sooperbrains.com and we’ll arrange a return or replacement. Missing or faulty part? We’ll send a free replacement — no fuss.
1. How to request a return or refund
Email support@sooperbrains.com within 7 days of delivery with the name and mobile number used on your order (and a photo if anything is damaged). We’ll confirm and arrange a return pickup or a replacement.
2. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by emailing or messaging us. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled in transit, but it is still covered by the 7-Day Happiness Promise above.
3. Damaged, wrong or missing parts
If your kit arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, or a part is missing or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a free replacement part or a full replacement kit.
4. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide.
5. Condition of returns
Where a full return is requested, please keep the kit and its parts in re-sellable condition. Missing or faulty parts are always replaced free under the promise above.
